Where an area doesn’t meet the standard, we explain the realistic options — often a change of cleaning, sometimes an anti-slip treatment or a different surface.

Because we don’t sell flooring or treatments, that advice is genuinely independent. We re-test afterwards to confirm the floor now performs.
